Orders must be paid in full upon delivery (for COD orders).
2. Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Personal care items that have been unsealed
3. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:

If you refuse the order at delivery, shipping fees may still apply.

If you accept the order and later request a return, the item must meet our return conditions.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Wish Money transfer or store credit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
